We’re David + Katie and we love adventures! We live in the beautiful little town of Fernie, BC.
When we’re not behind the camera, we’re skiing, biking, travelling (usually to Japan), or camping in our old ‘88 Land Cruiser.
We live in the mountains and we play in the mountains. It only makes sense to work in the mountains.
For that reason, we believe in photographing in the places that inspire us the most - amongst the peaks we see out our windows, at the edge of trails we could hike with our eyes closed, and below waterfalls that are so loud you can’t hear yourself think. If these are the types of places that you fell in love with together and feel most at home, we want to capture you in them.
We believe in relaxed, intentional weddings that allow you to enjoy the day fully and with presence. Our goal is to give you a personal and authentic experience that reflects who you are as a couple. Like what you would normally do on the weekend, just in fancy clothes. We want you to look back on your photos years from now and think, “Yep, that’s us.” Whatever adventure you choose to have on your wedding day, we’ll be right there with you, maybe up in a tree or laying in the dirt. It’s worth it.
